A pre-production inspection is inspection of machinery, components, quantity and quality of materials a Chinese supplier will be using for your goods. This is one of the most important phases of supplier's control - it allows us to determine the quality risks at initial stage and avoid them, saving the time and costs. A pre-production inspection includes: - checking if raw materials and components meet regulations and requirements of customer; - confirmation of production schedule; - checking the delivery timelines; - checking the production set up for determining mistakes and quality risks.
During Production Quality Inspection (During Production Check - DPC) is a very important procedure of quality control. During this quality check the inspectors and engineers verify that: - the production process is going according to the confirmed pre-production set up; - the online procedures are following the schedule; - the quality of products is stable and complies with confirmed standards. This procedure is very important for QC of new suppliers or suppliers with unstable production. All quality problems found at this stage may be solved with minimum risks. Some customers need during production quality inspections due to complicated production process or big projects set up. This procedure may cost them more, but it helps to avoid production and quality mistakes at earlier stage and save costs at the end.
This is the inspection of goods in accordance to special request of customer. This kind of inspection can be completed in accordance to the Acceptable Quality Limits AQL) and the client contract specifications. In addition, customer can send the customized QC Plan. Verification of goods assures that the contract quality, product specifications, price and quality are being met within an agreed term. Random Quality Inspections are very important. We check all details, take measurements of boxes, goods, check the quality, assemble items, if it is required, test goods in accordance with standards of industry and customer requirements. After all inspections we prepare QC reports and confirm everything with customer. All details must be shown in report to let customer see the issues and ways how to solve them.
This is the final systematic quality checking procedure. The goods are ready or almost ready for loading. The inspection is completed in accordance to the Acceptable Quality Limits AQL) and the client contract specifications.Verification of goods assures that the contract quality, product specifications, price and quality are being met within an agreed term. During this quality check the inspectors: - ensure that quality of products is stable and complies with confirmed standards; - ensure that product specifications and dimensions are correct; - ensure that dimensions of boxes, color boxes, packages are in accordance with confirmed packing information; - ensure that weight of boxes, color boxes, packages are in accordance with confirmed packing information; - remove defective items; - ensure that all goods are packed well, the packages are not damaged. If packages are damaged, we ask to substitute them. - ensure that shipping marks, stickers, labels are correct; QR-codes and EAN codes work. - ensure that pallets are chosen properly, check their sizes and weight. - ensure that goods are ready for loading.
